Many of these structures will be built in Poreč , Porec , in the region of Istria, already identified as the new luxury destination of Croatia.

Poreč is the perfect place to spend fun and carefree holidays. Walking from Trg Slobode (piazza Libertà) towards the waterfront on summer evenings you can hear the music coming from the clubs, piano bars and cafeterias of the coast and, who wants to test their luck, can take advantage of the casinos .
On the outdoor terraces of hotels and restaurants every evening a different show is offered and you can even dance under the stars. In Porec there is also the biggest night club in the region, the Byblos , which every year hosts electronic music stars, names like David Guetta, Erick Morillo, David Morales and many others. But the Byblos is not the only place to try. Among others there are the Villa Club, the Sunset Lounge Bar and the coffee del Mar. From Trieste Poreč is only 65 kilometers away and is an excellent destination for even a lavish weekend.
